Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Deliver compelling and effective software demonstrations, showcasing Odoo’s value.
  • Meet and surpass monthly sales targets as part of ongoing performance objectives.
  • Identify and qualify customer needs, ensuring a tailored sales approach.
  • Manage pipeline & meetings, and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Negotiate contract terms and ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Passion for software products and a strong understanding of ERP solutions, business workflows, software documentation & demonstration.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge of Google suite & MS office tools.
  • Available for full-time employment.
  • 3-7 Years of role-relevant experience.

Nice to have

  • In-depth understanding of Odoo ERP
  • Proficiency in additional languages, enhancing communication with diverse clients.
  • Strong analytical skills, enabling data-driven sales decisions.
